Disclosure of Commercial Interests

CONCEPT selects its course material solely on the basis of the educational value to our members. CONCEPT does NOT receive any commercial support for its educational activities. In addition, CONCEPT does NOT seek commercially supplied funds for any educational activity in the form of educational grants or any in-kind assistance.

Privacy

CONCEPT is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you from our website is used to process registrations and purchases and to assist you in using our services.

Anyone may browse our website and course offerings without revealing any personal information. Only when an individual purchases a course is his or her personal information collected.

When Visitors or Members purchase our course offerings, we obtain the following information: name, address, e-mail address, and telephone numbers. To complete the purchase, we also ask for credit card number, expiration date, and other information to process your registration payment. If a Member’s identification or contact information changes, he or she may make the appropriate modifications to the information in his or her Member account.

In accordance with the requirements of the continuing education approval granting organizations, CONCEPT maintains a record of the courses that Members have purchased, the completion status for purchased courses, and the total number of CE credits earned. This data is stored in our database for at least seven years. Members may access their CE credit and course information by logging in to the Member area of the website.

CONCEPT is committed to conducting research on its course offerings and on its Members’ satisfaction with its courses. We ask members to evaluate their experience with our course material and the extent to which our courses meet the learning objectives. Approval organizations require us to obtain course satisfaction information upon the successful completion of a course.

Security

Restricting access to Member’s personal information is our primary security concern. CONCEPT uses Secure Server Software (SSL) to maintain the safety and privacy of your information. SSL is the industry standard and the most effective way to conduct secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, even your test answers, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Whenever you see a URL that begins with https://, you are using SSL.
